The chalet boasts a bright, open-concept living area. It is bordered by the river and a stream that flows into the Batiscan River. A private sauna and spa add an extra touch of relaxation. The outdoor fire pit, available year-round, promises memorable evenings, with firewood included in limited quantities. A BBQ is also at your disposal, summer and winter alike. Just 150 meters away, a private trail leads to a secluded beach where you can swim, fish, or use motorized watercraft. A boat launch ramp is accessible in the nearby village. For outdoor enthusiasts, the chalet is ideally located. A snowmobile trail runs directly in front of the chalet, and hiking, snowshoeing, and ATV trails are all nearby. The enchanting Forêt Perdue, known for its forest skating, is just a few kilometers away. In winter, ice fishing in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade is a must-do activity.
