Villa Boréale is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests and is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. This spacious chalet features 4 bedrooms offering 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double bunk beds, as well as a sofa bed in the mezzanine, along with 2 full bathrooms.

Fully equipped for optimal comfort, the villa includes a complete kitchen, high-speed Internet ideal for remote work, and a welcoming living area. Please note that the indoor fireplace, visible in some photos, is no longer available. You will, however, be able to enjoy the outdoor amenities, including a private year-round spa, a BBQ, and an outdoor wood-burning fire pit (available from May to October). An electric vehicle charging station will also be available soon.

To enhance your stay, the chalet offers a foosball table, board games, and a pool table—perfect for relaxing and entertaining moments together.

Located in a prime area, Villa Boréale is close to Village Vacances Valcartier, the Jacques-Cartier–Portneuf Bike Path, several golf courses, the Shannon Equestrian Centre, Station touristique Duchesnay, snowmobile trails, and the traditional Wendake site. Old Québec is less than a 30-minute drive away.

Les Villas Scandinaves:
When staying at Les Villas Scandinaves, guests have access to shared facilities, including an outdoor pool, a spa, and a sauna. Massage services are also available by reservation to further enhance your experience.
