Reservations 2
What is the minimum age to be responsible for a reservation?
The minimum age depends on the property and is generally between 21 and 28. Check the requirement listed on the chalet page before booking.
Can I book a chalet for same-day arrival?
Online reservations for same-day arrival are not accepted. Contact our team to find out whether an exception may be possible.
Pricing, payments and promotions 3
Why does the price of the same chalet change depending on the dates?
Rates vary based on factors such as dates and demand. A weekday stay, a holiday or a particularly popular period may therefore cost more or less.
How can I change my payment method before a scheduled charge?
Contact our team before the scheduled charge date. We will explain how to provide your updated payment information through the secure method available for your reservation.
How can I tell whether a promotion applies to my stay?
Review the promotions section and the terms of each offer. Eligible dates, participating properties and minimum stay requirements may limit applicability.
Changes and cancellations 2
How do I request a date change or postpone my stay?
Send our team your reservation number and the new dates you would like. All requests are subject to availability and the terms of your reservation; a price adjustment may apply. A change or postponement is confirmed only after we approve it.
Where can I find the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy that applies to your reservation is included in your booking confirmation. Review it to understand the conditions and financial implications of cancelling.
Check-in, access and check-out 5
What time can I check in, and when must I check out?
Check-in is generally from 5 p.m. and check-out is generally at 11 a.m. Times may vary by property, so refer to your confirmation and arrival instructions. If you plan to arrive after 9 p.m., let us know in advance and make sure you have received the necessary instructions. The access code is generally sent on the day of arrival.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted during peak season. At other times, you must request them in advance through our customer service team. All requests require approval and are not guaranteed; wait for our confirmation before changing your plans.
When will I receive the instructions to access the chalet?
Arrival instructions are generally sent about five days before your stay. The door code is sent on the day of arrival. Check your messages before setting out and contact us if any information is missing.
Where can I find the instructions to follow before leaving the chalet?
Refer to the check-out instructions specific to your chalet. They explain the expected tasks, including dishes, garbage, equipment and securing the property.
What should I do if I notice a problem when I arrive?
Report the issue promptly to the designated contact and describe what you found. Photos can help document the situation and determine whether an intervention is needed.
Occupancy, visitors and rules 3
Can I have visitors during my stay?
Tell us about your plans before your stay. Visitors must follow the property rules, permitted occupancy and available parking arrangements. Prior authorization may be required.
Are there rules about noise and quiet hours?
You must keep noise at a reasonable level both indoors and outdoors at all times, and follow any rules specific to the chalet or development throughout your stay.
Where is smoking permitted?
Smoking is prohibited inside the chalets. Outdoors, smoke at least 9 metres from the property and dispose of cigarette butts and other waste safely.
Pets 2
How can I find out whether a chalet allows pets and what conditions apply?
Check the chalet listing and its terms, which may specify accepted types of pets and limits on their number or weight. Declare the actual number of pets when booking. If your situation does not meet the listed conditions, contact us before making a reservation.
What fees apply to my pet?
Fees vary by property. Enter the number of pets when booking so that the applicable fees are shown and included in the total before you confirm.
Amenities and essentials 6
Can I park an RV or trailer on the property?
This depends on the chalet, available space and development rules. Contact us before booking and provide the vehicle dimensions and intended use. Parking, electrical hookups and use of an RV as additional accommodation must be authorized in advance.
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Bed linens are provided. Bring extra blankets or pillows if needed. One towel is provided per person; if the chalet has a hot tub, bring additional towels for hot tub use.
What type of coffee or filters should I bring?
Coffee makers vary by chalet. Check the property listing to see whether it uses ground coffee, pods or filters, and bring the appropriate supplies.
Are the barbecue (BBQ) and firewood available and provided?
Barbecue (BBQ) availability may vary by property and season. Check the chalet listing for advertised amenities and to see what is provided for the barbecue (BBQ) or fireplace. If unsure, contact us before your stay.
Does the air conditioning cool every room in the chalet?
Comfort levels vary depending on the chalet layout, the location and type of unit, and outdoor temperatures. Some rooms may be cooler than others, especially during very hot weather; air conditioning does not guarantee an even temperature throughout the chalet.
Can I charge my electric vehicle at the chalet?
Some chalets have an EV charging station. Check the property listing to confirm whether one is available and its conditions of use. If no charging station is listed, do not assume charging from a standard outlet is permitted.
Internet, television and mobile service 2
How can I connect to Wi-Fi and check the Internet or television services?
Check the chalet listing for the advertised services. Wi-Fi connection details are included in the instructions or the information available on site. Channels, apps and Internet performance may vary by property; if a specific service is essential to you, confirm its availability before booking.
Is mobile reception good at the chalet?
Reception depends on the area and your mobile provider. If you must be able to make calls or use mobile data, contact us before booking so we can check the information available.
Outdoor amenities, activities and seasons 3
Are outdoor amenities available year-round?
Availability of the barbecue (BBQ), watercraft and fire pit areas may vary by property and season. Check the chalet listing for your stay dates.
How do I use a watercraft provided at the chalet?
Check that it is provided and available during your stay, and confirm which accessories are included. Its use must comply with the rules specific to the chalet and the body of water.
Can I swim near the chalet?
Check the permitted access points and local conditions. Being near a lake or another body of water does not guarantee a designated beach or lifeguard supervision.
Cleaning, garbage and maintenance 2
What should I do if the chalet is not clean when I arrive?
Report the situation promptly to the chalet contact, describe the issue and attach photos if possible. Reporting it during your stay allows us to assess the situation and possible remedies.
Can maintenance take place during my stay?
Depending on the chalet services, staff may work outdoors Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., to maintain the hot tub or grounds, remove snow or handle garbage. You generally do not need to be present. No indoor maintenance is scheduled except in an emergency.
