The space

Villa Bleu Soleil is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, offering all the amenities you need to feel right at home.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, the chalet features two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and two full bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a fondue set. Outside, a BBQ is available from May to October, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

The chalet also features a smart TV, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an electric vehicle charging station. You'll also enjoy indoor and outdoor propane fireplaces, ideal for relaxing evenings.

Outdoor enthusiasts can explore Parc naturel régional de Portneuf and the Trou du Diable cave, while golf lovers will appreciate the nearby golf courses.

PET POLICY
- Dogs are welcome at no additional charge.
- Maximum of 2 dogs, regardless of size.
- A large dog crate is available on-site.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the chalet unless they are secured in a crate.

RESTRICTIONS
- Minimum age to book: 21 years old.
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the holiday season, spring break, Easter, National Patriots' Day, Québec's National Holiday, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving.
- No check-ins are permitted on December 25 or January 1.
- Shared facilities, including the hot tub, swimming pool, and sauna, are available to other guests staying on the property.
- Time slots must be reserved to use the shared hot tub or sauna. Reservations can be made upon arrival.
- The number of guests indicated in the reservation must be respected.

OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE
Depending on the services applicable to the chalet, maintenance staff may be present outside the property Monday through Friday, between 7 AM and 5 PM, for services such as hot tub maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, or waste collection. No indoor maintenance will be performed except in emergencies. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay, and your presence is not required.

    This is the perfect vacation spot for two friends (or couples) who enjoy traveling together but also value their own space. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and spotless. Preparing meals was a joy. The bathrooms were impeccable. In fact the whole place almost felt new. The outside areas were also lovely. Two minor things to be aware of: The pool is right behind the property so you’ll be serenaded by kids having summer fun from dawn to dusk. And when the neighbors use the fire pit, their conversation and smoke make their way into the bedrooms if you like sleeping with your windows open. Nonetheless, this was one of our all-time favorite AirBNBs! We absolutely loved it and were sad to leave!

    A really lovely stay. The chalet is beautiful and the setting is very peaceful. We really enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and driving into to see Québec city. It was great!

    The Chalet we stayed at was exactly what we were looking for! Quaint, cozy, and peaceful, it it a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. we were adjacent to the pool area, which we visited each day. While there were always people there, it was never too crowded. the Chalet was well furnished. we enjoyed using the grill, fire pit, and enjoying the evenings on the back deck. We also enjoyed playing card games that were provided. We enjoyed being in a rural part of the province, but were just a 45 min drive from Quebec City. The Chalet was dog friendly which was important to us. We hope to come back in the future!
