The space

The Rivage Chalet is located directly on the beautiful shores of Lake Pohénégamook and offers easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, swimming, kayaking, water sports, ATV riding, snowmobiling, golf, fishing, hunting, and much more.

Bring the whole family—including your four-legged companion! The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests and features 6 bedrooms with Queen beds. Additional sleeping arrangements include 2 sofa beds, 2 single sleeper chairs, 3 floor mattresses, 1 playpen, and 1 baby crib.

No need to wait in line in the morning—the chalet features 3 full bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort.

Rain or shine, there's plenty to enjoy indoors: a pool table, TV, cornhole game, Pac-Man arcade, soccer arcade game, and a Nintendo Wii with 4 controllers and 42 games. Fun for both kids and adults!

Stay comfortable in every season with air conditioning for the summer and a cozy indoor fireplace for cooler days.

Outside, everything is in place for a memorable stay: relax in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit (firewood included), cook on the BBQ (available from May to October), or enjoy the covered terrace, gazebo, lounge chairs, and swings.

New: A trampoline is now available for guests of all ages to enjoy even more family fun!

You'll also enjoy access to a private beach and a 24-foot dock. For water enthusiasts, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, and 1 stand-up paddleboard are available for your use, weather permitting (May to October).

With breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, this is the perfect place to unwind. Try your luck fishing, play a round of golf, or visit the Le Secret des Dieux microbrewery, located just one minute from the chalet!

PET POLICY

• Dogs only.
• Maximum of 2 dogs, 30 lb (13.6 kg) or less each.
• Fee of $50 + tax per pet, per stay.
• Dogs must never be left alone in the chalet. If unattended, they must be kept in a crate.

RESTRICTIONS

• Minimum age to make a reservation: 21 years old.

Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.     Un enterrement de vie de garcon a eu lieu ici . Une fin de semaine incroyable a se rappeler longtemp . Plein de comodité a la maison , la fds n’etait pas assez pour tout faire . Chalet enorme , nous etions 8 adulte avec de la place en masse . Je recommande

    Très beau chalet avec beaucoup d’espace et très bien équipé. L’emplacement sur le bord de l’eau est parfait pour plusieurs activités sur le lac (Pédalo, Kayak, Paddle board, etc.). 100% recommandé!

    Il y avait deux nids de guêpes: un où les poubelles extérieur et un où le SPA. Deux enfants ont été piqué. À cause de cela, nous n’avons pas pu profiter du SPA. BBQ : nous avons changé la bouteille pour une pleine qui était dans le garage. Malheureusement, il n’a pas été possible de l’utiliser.

Notre équipe de ménage valide après chaque location si des choses sont manquantes et/ou brisées. Chalets Confort et le propriétaire seront alertés si c’était le cas.  Le locataire doit aviser Chalets Confort  de tout bris ou dommage causé durant son séjour. Le locataire est responsable des dommages matériels et corporels survenus dans ou sur l'établissement loué pendant la période de location. Le locataire et toute autre personne se trouvant sur les lieux loués s’engagent à tenir le propriétaire de l'établissement quitte et indemne de toute réclamation présentée par qui que ce soit résultant des dommages dont ils sont responsables.  Le locataire s’engage à respecter des règles de conduite raisonnables et ne pas déranger les voisins et résidents du secteur. Il devra s’en tenir à un niveau de bruit raisonnable, et ce, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Après 11 h, les bruits doivent être réduits au minimum surtout à l’extérieur.  Conditions: L'établissement est non-fumeur.  Au moment du départ, il est important de disposer des déchets à l'endroit prévu à cet effet.   Uniquement le nombre de personnes indiquées dans la réservation sont autorisés à l'établissement durant le séjour.  Le non-respect des règles ou conditions peut entraîner des frais supplémentaires. Animaux autorisés (maximum 2 chiens, voir conditions). À noter que vous devez être âgé d’au moins 21 ans pour effectuer une réservation dans un établissement Chalets Confort. Une pièce d’identité sera exigée.

Our cleaning team validates after each rental if things are missing and / or broken. Chalets Confort and the owner will be alerted if this is the case. The tenant must notify Chalets Confort of any breakage or damage caused during his stay. The tenant is responsible for material damage and bodily injury occurring in or on the rented establishment during the rental period. The tenant and any other person on the rented premises undertake to keep the owner of the establishment free from and harmless from any claim made by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible. The tenant agrees to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbours and residents of the area. It should be kept to a reasonable noise level, both indoors and outdoors. After 11 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors. Conditions: The establishment is non-smoking. At the time of departure, it is important to dispose of the waste in the place provided for this purpose. Only the number of people indicated in the reservation are allowed at the establishment during the stay. Failure to comply with rules or conditions may result in additional charges. Animals are allowed (maximum 2 dogs, see conditions). You must be 21 years old of age or more to make a reservation in a Chalets Confort’s property. Official ID is required.
