Situated on a large 200,000 square foot lot, the chalet can accommodate up to six people with two closed bedrooms. The master bedroom, located on the mezzanine, is equipped with two queen beds separated by a partition for added privacy. The second bedroom, on the ground floor, has a queen bed. Large windows flood the space with natural light, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature and the majestic Batiscan River. The bright, open-concept space allows you to fully enjoy the interior of the chalet.

Located by the water, the chalet is bordered by the river and a stream that flows into the Batiscan River, with nothing more soothing than the sound of the stream to relax! Continue your relaxation with a seven-foot-long sauna and a private spa! The outdoor fire pit, usable year-round, promises memorable evenings around a campfire, with wood included in limited quantities. A BBQ is also available for your grilling needs, both summer and winter.

Just 150 meters from the chalet, a private trail leads to a private beach where you can swim, fish, or use motorized boats. A boat launch is accessible nearby in the village.

The chalet is ideally located near many outdoor activities. Hiking and snowshoeing trails are just steps away, as are ATV and snowmobile trails.

If you own an electric car, no worries, charging stations are available within 300 meters.
