The space

Discover La Chaumière sur le lac, where nature meets comfort on the shores of beautiful Lake Pohénégamook. Enjoy exclusive access to a private beach and dock, perfect for swimming, relaxing, and making the most of your time on the water. During the summer season, four kayaks are available for your use, including two adult kayaks and two junior kayaks, allowing the whole family to explore the lake. Several life jackets in various sizes are also provided. End your days admiring the spectacular sunsets from the spacious terrace or gathering around the outdoor fire pit, ideally located between the terrace and the beach.

Perfect for up to 6 guests, La Chaumière sur le lac features three bedrooms, all located on the upper floor and each furnished with a Queen bed. Two of the bedrooms offer beautiful panoramic views of Lake Pohénégamook. The main floor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area that comfortably seats six, and a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, television, and sound system. The lower level features a second living area with a sofa bed, an additional television, and a pool table, providing even more space to relax and enjoy your stay. Air conditioning is also available throughout the chalet.

Large windows fill the chalet with natural light while showcasing the breathtaking lake views and surrounding scenery. Pohénégamook is a four-season destination offering a wide variety of outdoor activities, including golf, fishing, cycling, local microbreweries, snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing, and much more.

Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.     Magnifique emplacement. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi tout en décrochant de la routine. Le quai avec le petit banc était un must pour le café du matin et le verre de vin du soir. Merci!

    Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits en août. Cuisine très bien équipée, lits sont super confortables, le divan-lit également. Insonorisation très bonne qui facilite le sommeil de tous. Le lac est très propre, l’eau est claire, parfait pour la baignade avec entrée au lac graduelle à partir de la grève. Nous avons bien profité du lac. Le fond est en roches, pensez à apporter des souliers l’eau :)) Des sentiers pédestres sont accessibles du chalet. Petite suggestion : l’ajout d’embarcations - kayak ou planche à pagaie - serait un bel ajout comme les autres chalets à louer dans les environs à des prix similaires, d’autant que le centre nautique qui est à côté offre malheureusement seulement la location de catamarans et planches à voile. En famille ou entre amis, on recommande ce chalet !

    Bonjour Très beau lac , bien protégé contre les moules zébrées cartier paisible. Le chalet est propre quelques petite chose serait à rénover, ex rampe. Merci
