The space
Le Boréal 1656 is an invitation to slow down and fully enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, far from the traffic and bustle of big cities. Located on the shores of Lake Pohénégamook, this chalet offers a serene setting with a partial lake view and access to a natural environment well known by fishing enthusiasts, particularly for trout and yellow perch.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, including 10 adults and 2 children, the chalet is ideal for family getaways or trips with friends. It features three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a Queen bed, a family bedroom with a Queen bed and a small bunk bed in a “trailer-style” design, and a third bedroom with a Queen bed in the lower level. The garden level includes a family room with a sofa bed, while the main-floor living room also offers a sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The common areas are designed for comfort and togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the chalet includes a washer and dryer. The main living room features a smart TV with cable and a propane fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere year-round. Downstairs, the family room offers a large smart TV, a games area and a foosball table. Three full bathrooms, a second refrigerator in the bar area and high-speed Internet access complete the amenities. Recently added air conditioning ensures optimal comfort during the warmer summer months.
Outdoors, the property invites you to enjoy the surrounding nature, whether relaxing in the private six-person spa available year-round, cooking meals on the propane or charcoal BBQs (available from May to October), or gathering around the outdoor fire area under the stars. Charcoal is not provided.
Access to the lake is easy thanks to the Nautik zone beach located directly across from the chalet. Summer or winter, Le Boréal 1656 offers an ideal setting for a vacation focused on relaxation, outdoor activities and comfort in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region.
Restriction: the minimum age to book is 28 years.
Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required. Beau chalet dans un endroit calme au bord du lac, parfait pour en profiter en famille! Il y avait plusieurs chambres et salles de bain. Les hôtes étaient accessibles, compréhensifs et flexibles. Merci pour le séjour nous avons adoré !

Magnifique chalet ( encore plus beau que sur les photos) très confortable pour toute notre famille et bien équipé pour cuisiner. Belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci!

Très beau chalet avec beaucoup de commodités. Les propriétaires prennent vraiment soin de la propriété et veulent que nous soyons satisfaits avec pleins de petites attentions. C'était encore mieux que ce qui était attendu. Le terrain était très beau et on pouvait profiter de la vue sur la galerie du haut. Il y avait aussi 2 salles de bains soit une pour chaque chambre en haut ce qui était super puisque nous étions 2 familles. Endroit vraiment tranquille et je le recommande sans hésiter.
