Welcome to Villa Le Skadi, a true gem nestled in the heart of the charming destination of Shannon. From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by its remarkable architecture, featuring a cathedral wooden roof. Designed to comfortably accommodate 1 to 10 people, its open-concept interior, ideal for moments of friendly sharing around the kitchen island or dining table, is highlighted by abundant windows that give the impression of being enveloped by nature. A fireplace adds a note of warmth and comfort to this setting, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and conviviality.

The three bedrooms, carefully decorated and equipped with Queen beds, offer optimal comfort for a well-deserved rest. Whether you choose the ground floor bedroom or those in the basement, you will enjoy absolute silence conducive to a restorative night's sleep. 2 sofa beds and 1 single folding bed are also available in the games room to accommodate additional guests. For everyone's enjoyment, Villa Le Skadi features a game room equipped with a billiard table convertible into a ping-pong or game table, as well as a foosball table. For solitary pleasures, how about a relaxing bath in a spacious bathroom, accompanied by a flute of champagne? Two smart TVs are also at your disposal for a quiet movie evening. Moreover, you will benefit from an internet connection to stay connected if necessary. For family trips, travel light; a high chair, a baby playpen, a safety gate for the stairs, a stroller and even dishes for the youngest are available at the chalet.

Outside, a huge patio in the backyard, partially covered, is the perfect place to share a grilled meal or simply to relax. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.     The host was responsive for any issues. The place was really good. It was perfect for two families. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub and games in the basement. We also enjoyed common enimities where they had hot pool, pickle ball, vollyball and little park for kids.They have sauna into common area but it was very slow to reach the desired temperature. The neighborhood was good as well. We had issues with the door lock and it was not resolved during our stay. On our first day at night, we felt little cold in the basement and the temperature we were not able to increase more than 22°C. It would have been nice if they put extra comforters in case someone like more warm. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and location it was only 30 minutes away from old quebec city. We would love to come back for sure and we would recommend it to others!

    The chalet was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen. The directions were accurate, but as we arrived at night, the lack of outside lighting and overgrown grass made the property difficult to find and gave it an abandoned appearance. I had read a previous review about the broken sofa bed in the basement, but unfortunately it still had not been fixed. We needed it for one night, so the owner's offer to send someone the following day wasn't practical. The foldable bed provided as an alternative was also not comfortable. In our view, the property is realistically suitable for six people, as the upstairs and broken downstairs sofas are not comfortable for adults to sleep on. The only AC unit is in the upstairs living room. Although there were temperature controls in the bedrooms, we couldn't get them to work, making the bedrooms uncomfortable at times. Overall, a clean and well-equipped property, but some areas need attention.

    Superbe villa. Tres propre et bon emplacement pour faire activitiés à Quebec. Plusieurs activités facile d’acces autour aussi tel que la piste cyclable. On recommande.

    On s'est super bien amusé, le chalet était très spacieux pour nous 6 (4 adultes et 2 enfants). Super propre et luxueux. En tant que père de famille, je me suis senti très en sécurité. Je recommande beaucoup ce chalet pour le confort et la proximité des jeux d'eau de Valcartier et de Québec City (entre 20 à 30 min) personnellement, c'est parfait. Nous sommes de grands voyageurs. Trente minutes ne nous font pas peur. Bref, merci pour tout c'était tout ce que je demandais pour le bonheur de ma famille.

    Le chalet est propre et a toutes les commodités souhaitées. Il faut savoir que le terrain a de hautes herbes et il n'est donc pas vraiment possible pour les enfants de jouer sur le terrain. Différent des photos. Nous avons constaté que le divan en bas a été « réparé » et est brisé/défoncé dans le milieu … ce qui fait qu’il est impossible d’en faire un lit double pour y coucher ma famille. Aussi j’avais prit le temps de demander s’il y avait 2 lits d'apppoint. On m’avait dit oui, mais force est de constater qu’il n’y en a qu’un. L’autre « lit » est un lit pliable de camping, de type chaise pliante, qui n’a pas de matelas… très difficile pour un adulte de dormir là-dedans. Bref, le chalet est bien et propre, mais peut-être pas dans un état d'accomoder facilement 10 personnes, mais pour 6-7 personnes c'est parfait.

In case of any issues, Chalets Confort and the owner will be informed. The tenant must report any breakage or damage that occurs during their stay. The tenant is responsible for any material or bodily damage caused inside or outside the rental property during the rental period. The tenant and any other person present on the premises release the owner from any liability in case of claims resulting from damages for which they are responsible.
The tenant agrees to respect neighbors and residents in the area by maintaining a reasonable noise level both inside and outside the property. After 11 pm, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.
Conditions: The property is non-smoking. Upon departure, waste must be disposed of in designated areas. Only the individuals mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay.
