L'Érablière – Hot tub and Ski

Welcome to Chalet de l’Érablière, located in Saint-Philémon, in the Chaudière-Appalaches region, near the Massif du Sud Regional Park. Surrounded by nature and designed to be enjoyed in every season, the chalet offers a warm and inviting setting, perfect for a getaway with family or friends.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, the chalet features three bedrooms, one full bathroom and one powder room. The first two bedrooms are each furnished with one double bed and one single bed. The Mezzanine, features a Queen bed.

Everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay is provided. Bed linens, towels and several essential items are included, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals on site. A Napoleon BBQ, sheltered from the elements, is also available year-round.

After a day outdoors, unwind in the private hot tub, available year-round and conveniently located just steps from the patio door. Outside, two spacious furnished decks offer plenty of room to enjoy the natural surroundings, with shaded areas, comfortable chairs and seating, as well as an outdoor fire pit. When the temperature drops, the indoor fireplace adds a warm and cozy touch to your evenings.

For relaxing moments indoors, you’ll find a selection of board games as well as a collection of VHS movies—a nostalgic touch that both kids and adults can enjoy!

Need to combine your getaway with a little remote work? A dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, office chair and 27-inch monitor is available to help you work comfortably during your stay.

The chalet’s location is especially appealing to outdoor enthusiasts, with direct access to the Massif du Sud Regional Park trails right from the property. Two complimentary park passes are provided during your stay. Please note that these passes are valid for the regional park’s trail network only and do not include access to the ski resort’s lifts.

Throughout the seasons, Massif du Sud Regional Park offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, gravel biking, fat biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and much more.
