The space

Welcome to Chalet Mirasol, a true gem nestled in the heart of the charming destination of Shannon. From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by its remarkable architecture, featuring a cathedral wooden roof. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, its open-concept interior, ideal for moments of friendly sharing around the kitchen island or dining table, is highlighted by abundant windows that give the impression of being enveloped by nature. A fireplace adds a note of warmth and comfort to this setting, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and conviviality.

The three bedrooms, carefully decorated and equipped with Queen beds, offer optimal comfort for a well-deserved rest. Whether you choose the ground floor bedroom or those in the basement, you will enjoy absolute silence conducive to a restorative night's sleep. One additional sofa bed is also available in the game room and one in the basement to accommodate extra guests. For everyone's enjoyment, Chalet Mirasol features a game room equipped with a billiard table convertible into a ping-pong or game table, as well as a foosball table. For solitary pleasures, how about a relaxing bath in a spacious bathroom, accompanied by a flute of champagne? Two smart TVs are also at your disposal for a quiet movie evening. Moreover, you will benefit from an internet connection to stay connected if necessary. A work space is now available in the entrance.

Outdoors, a spacious partially covered terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy a grilled meal, with a seasonal outdoor fireplace (available May to November) and a private year-round hot tub!

As a guest at Villas Scandinaves, you’ll also have access to shared amenities such as an outdoor pool, a spa and a sauna. Additionally, a massage service is available by reservation to enhance your stay.

A few steps away, you will find the Recreational Space, the equestrian center, and a bike path, offering you a multitude of activities to explore. One of Quebec's most beautiful national parks is nearby for enjoying fishing, kayaking, rafting, and even wildlife observation.

Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.     Hôte très réactif pour faire les petites réparations mineures demandées pendant le séjour. C’était vraiment facile de leur écrire et ils répondaient rapidement. Tout était très propre et les alentours tranquilles. Belle piscine, à environ 5-10 minutes à pied. Accessible lors de la location du chalet. Un beau plus. Le quartier est tout neuf, encore en construction, mais cela n’a pas dérangé la quiétude de notre séjour du tout. Par contre, aucune flexibilité lors du départ pour laisser des bagages quelques heures en consigne. Nous aurions aimé une meilleure ouverture à tenter de trouver un compromis. Nous recommandons tout de même le chalet sans hésiter.

Le locataire est responsable de tout dommage matériel ou corporel causé à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la location durant la période de séjour. Le locataire et toute personne présente sur les lieux dégagent le propriétaire de toute responsabilité en cas de réclamation liée aux dommages dont ils seraient responsables.

We would like to inform you that our cleaning team performs a thorough inspection after each stay to identify any missing or damaged items. In case of any issues, Chalets Confort and the owner will be informed. The tenant must report any breakage or damage that occurs during their stay. The tenant is responsible for any material or bodily damage caused inside or outside the rental property during the rental period. The tenant and any other person present on the premises release the owner from any liability in case of claims resulting from damages for which they are responsible.
The tenant agrees to respect neighbors and residents in the area by maintaining a reasonable noise level both inside and outside the property. After 11 pm, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.
Conditions: The property is non-smoking. Upon departure, waste must be disposed of in designated areas. Only the individuals mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay. Failure to comply with rules or conditions may result in additional fees. Pets are not allowed. To book this Chalets Confort property, you must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid ID.
