Le Taïga is the ideal choice for a stay filled with activities, relaxation, and memories. Book now, but before you do, it's important to know that you must be at least 21 years old. A minimum stay of two nights is generally required, which may increase to three nights during high season and holidays.

-Must never be alone in the cottage or in a cage.
Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required. The place is really nice, very clean, very organized. We stayed with a baby and a small dog. We loved and would definitely go back and recommend it. We had some trouble finding the property when we first got there at night, but there is a map inside the condominium showing the houses numbers and that helped, wish I have seen it before. We did our best to leave everything clean and organized as we got it. If you hate washing dishes, consider bringing your own disherwash pods since they provide a limited portion of one per day. The amenities are great. There is a trail inside de property very easy and nice to do. The distance from Quebec city and others attractions are very convenient.

This is a really nice stand-alone cottage/chalet accommodation in a subdivision with lots of other similar cottage/chalets. They seem to be getaway places or other air bnbs. the location is convenient, the instructions are clear, the place is clean, quiet, comfortable, and modern. The entire complex has a common pool/sauna/clubhouse which is about 100m behind the unit, so it is very accessible and convenient. There is also a small play structure out in front of the unit, so it's convenient for younger kids. All in all a really good location. Bring your own coffee; kitchen has everything else. Relatively good communication from the host, but I didn't care for the repeated notices that late checkout would incur a $100 per hour charge. We didn't check out late, but $100/hour is ridiculously punitive and more than any late checkout fee I've ever seen. Also don't appreciate being asked for a tip for the cleaning staff when there is a long list of cleaning tasks to complete before checkout

Nice place to stay in nature setting where you can bring your pet. Clean and feels like new. Comfortable for a family of 4 or 2 couples with a full bathroom each. The host and the management company were both nice and responsive. Common pool, spa and sauna area can feel busy with lots of young families if it’s your thing. Very close to a great golf course and many stores and restaurant in a small town. We recommend for a getaway.

Overall, the building is very nice and located in a great area. It was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. However, we did not receive the code for the building upon arrival and tried to contact the owner, but there was no response. Thankfully, the Airbnb team provided us with $200 to stay in the nearest hotel. I also appreciate that the building's team reached out the next day to apologize. If you choose this property, be sure to request the access code in advance!

We would like to inform you that our cleaning team performs a thorough inspection after each stay to identify any missing or damaged items. In case of any issues, Chalets Confort and the owner will be informed. The tenant must report any breakage or damage that occurs during their stay. The tenant is responsible for any material or bodily damage caused inside or outside the rental property during the rental period. The tenant and any other person present on the premises release the owner from any liability in case of claims resulting from damages for which they are responsible.
The tenant agrees to respect neighbors and residents in the area by maintaining a reasonable noise level both inside and outside the property. After 11 pm, noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.
Conditions: The property is non-smoking. Upon departure, waste must be disposed of in designated areas. Only the individuals mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay. Failure to comply with rules or conditions may result in additional fees. Pets are not allowed. To book this Chalets Confort property, you must be at least 28 years old and provide a valid ID.
