The space

Villa Boréale is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests and is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. This spacious chalet features 4 bedrooms offering 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double bunk beds, as well as a sofa bed in the mezzanine, along with 2 full bathrooms.

Fully equipped for optimal comfort, the villa includes a complete kitchen, high-speed Internet ideal for remote work, and a welcoming living area. You will, however, be able to enjoy the outdoor amenities, including a private year-round spa, a BBQ, and an outdoor wood-burning fire pit (available from May to October). An electric vehicle charging station will also be available soon.

To enhance your stay, the chalet offers a foosball table, board games, and a pool table—perfect for relaxing and entertaining moments together.

Located in a prime area, Villa Boréale is close to Village Vacances Valcartier, the Jacques-Cartier–Portneuf Bike Path, several golf courses, the Shannon Equestrian Centre, Station touristique Duchesnay, snowmobile trails, and the traditional Wendake site. Old Québec is less than a 30-minute drive away.

Les Villas Scandinaves:
When staying at Les Villas Scandinaves, guests have access to shared facilities, including an outdoor pool, a spa, and a sauna. Massage services are also available by reservation to further enhance your experience.

Important Information:
The person responsible for the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Pets are not permitted, and the chalet is strictly non-smoking. Additional restrictions may apply—please feel free to contact the Chalets Confort team for more details.

Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required.     Perfect home for the space we needed with four kids to run around. It was a good location where it wasn't too far from the city. The game/pool table area was such a plus to keep the kids distracted. Wish we had more time/the weather was nicer for the pool, but it looked great when we stopped by the community area.

    We loved this beautiful new home and had a wonderful stay. The house was well-equipped, especially the kitchen—we cooked most of our meals there and found everything we needed. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, the pool table, and the great TV entertainment options. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We needed an earlier check-in, and they were flexible and allowed us to arrive ahead of schedule, which we greatly appreciated. There are several homes under construction in the surrounding area, but it did not impact our enjoyment of the property. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

    We had a great stay and overall really enjoyed our time here. The house is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. One thing we especially appreciated was that the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. It made the experience much more enjoyable. We also loved the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub. They added a special touch to our vacation and made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. The only downside for us was the checkout policy. Guests are asked to wash all dishes and take out the garbage before checking out by 11:00 AM. As a result, on our last morning we had to get up early and spend time cleaning instead of relaxing and enjoying the final hours of our vacation. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful time. We would gladly recommend this place to others.
